Winitha Jinasena is a renowned Sri Lankan-American professor and researcher. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and is currently an Associate Professor at the College of Business and Economics at the University of Wyoming. Dr. Jinasena’s research interests include organizational behavior and leadership, particularly in the context of diversity and inclusion, gender, and ethnicity. She is a prolific author and has published numerous articles in reputable academic journals.
