All returns or exchanges must be informed through the Return Request Form within two (2) days from the package received date. One of our Customer Care representatives will contact you and inform you whether a return or exchange is possible. All items should be delivered back to Book Studio Private Limited within three (3) to four (4) days. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Shipping cost for returning the product/s should be borne by the customer unless the return or exchange is subject to a fault of the seller.
All refunds will be issued via bank deposit only. Cash refunds will not be issued. Further, Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of refund request. This will be subject to bank processing times. Book Studio management reserves the exclusive right to decide on refunding or replacing a book and refunds will be made only if it is an error caused by the bookseller.

Once your refund has been credited through a bank deposit, we will send you confirmation of the refund via email.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the sent product is different from the ordered product or is damaged. A change of mind after making a purchase is not an eligible reason for a return.
