- For orders designated for collection at our pick-up locations, customers are expected to collect their orders within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If an order remains uncollected after the specified collection period, Book Studio reserves the right to cancel the order.
Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns within three (3) days from the package received date, provided the book(s) are in their original condition.
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.
- Book Studio management reserves the exclusive right to decide on refunding or replacing a book and refunds will be made only if it is an error caused by the bookseller.
